Shameless Aesthetics, LLC Patient Policies

Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to complete a client intake and the necessary consent forms. We always leave the option open for our patients to fill out their paperwork prior to arriving at their scheduled appointment via the patient portal.

Booking Fees

Every patient is required to pay out a booking fee prior to coming in for their scheduled appointment whether your appointment is made over the phone or via our online booking service through Aesthetic Record. Our booking fees apply towards treatment in office. Our booking fee ensures that our provider’s time is protected against late cancellations and No Shows.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. In order to protect our time and ensure your appointment is staffed to support our treatment standards, we require 48 hours advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. Any changes or cancellations made by the patient after the 48 hour window will forfeit their respective booking fee, in addition to a $100 cancellation fee. No-Show appointments will forfeit their respective bookings fees, in addition to a $100 cancellation fee. Any two consecutive reschedules or cancellations will require prepayment before future bookings can be made. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to best serving you at your appointment!

Standing Appointments

We are happy to schedule your service as a recurring appointment at your request and if the appropriate time on the schedule allows. Standing appointments are subject to our Cancellation Policy. If you do not show for two (2) consecutive appointments, we reserve the right to cancel any future appointments.

Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment, we require our patients to give us a call at 470-315-1366 and notify our front desk of your ETA. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not a guarantee. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients. Abbreviated appointments could mean less numbing time for treatments that require it or the omission of additional services you were scheduled for that day. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled to the next available appointment time.

Return Policy On Products

We will be happy to accept returns on unopened/undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. All refunds are for Shameless Aesthetics future purchases. We do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds for Services

We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed in the result or unhappy with the outcome and our packages are non-transferable. As stated in our consent forms, “I understand that the results of my treatment cannot be guaranteed. I understand that my results may vary based on the following factors: skin type, area of body being treated,post treatment care. I understand I may require multiple treatments in order to obtain the desired results”. It is up to the discretion of our patients to move forward with treatment after the consent form is signed and before said service is rendered.

Pricing & Promotions

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology and treatment techniques. Although we make every effort to keep our website and service menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Our office works in conjunction with applicable rewards programs (i.e Aspire, Alle, Evolus) to obtain rewards points earned on previous injection services rendered or gift cards that were purchased through the manufacturers website.

Provider Requests

We respect your desire to be scheduled with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacation, and unforeseen schedule changes.

Practice-Patient Relationship

We love having you as our patient, but Shameless Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Age Requirements

GA state law requires patients be 18 years of age or older to receive medical treatments at Shameless Aesthetics, unless a parent or guardian is present in the treatment room during the service. Children under 18 are not permitted in our office unattended unless a service is being performed on said patient. Special services are available for children under the age of 18. Please call our concierge for additional information.

Payment

All major credit cards and cash are accepted. We also accept Cherry financing and Care Credit. Any gift cards, coupons or treatment packages must be mentioned at time of booking.

Insurance

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to work with your insurance company to gain coverage for the services we provide. These services are considered to be “out of pocket” and 100% the patient’s responsibility.

Financing

We offer Cherry financing to our patients in the event they are interested in opening up a line of credit to help them pay for the treatments they receive in our office! Please note: Cherry Financing is not applicable for transactions that total less than $500.00.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards can be purchased at our office, over the phone, or on our website at www.shamelessga.com. Gift cards are not returnable and are redeemable for services or retail. They are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards. Shameless Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged gift cards. The value of the gift card may be exchanged for services and/or products. Gift cards are not valid for gratuities.

Gratuity

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. Tipping our estheticians is appreciated and left to the discretion of our guests.  We do not accept tips on medical procedures.

Transparency

First and foremost, our goal is for you to be happy with your service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you and you only.
